Where the client has done some or none of the bookkeeping or it hasn't been input properly, or has only been input on an erratic basis. We come in with the support of paper documents (bank statements, credit card receipts, etc.) clean up their books so that they're correct. Once the books are clean, the client may keep us on as their full charge or supportive bookkeeper.
